At Mind, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
